CBRE recorded £706.3m worth of residential investment in Q4 2017, bringing the full year total to £2bn. This is up 33% from 2016 and marks a record level of investment into the sector.

As is becoming typical, forward funding accounted for the majority of investment in Q4 and London once again dominated. 

In addition, there is a further £1.2bn of transactions currently under offer, providing a strong foundation for the start of 2018.
