• Total office supply in Bangkok as of Q2 2020 was 9,145,088 sq. m., increasing by 0.6% Q-o-Q from the completion of 134,800 sq. m. from seven newly completed buildings.
• Q2 net take-up was 16,805 sq. m., decreased by 68% Y-o-Y and 23.4% Q-o-Q from contraction of many tenants.
• The occupancy rate in the Bangkok office market was 91.6%, decreasing by 0.5 percentage point Q-o-Q and 1.6 percentage points Y-o-Y.
• The average rental rate for Grade A office space was flat compared to the previous quarter at THB 1,100 per square metre per month but increased by 4.3% Y-o-Y.
