Guest Relations Host

What to expect: You’ll be the heart of the workplace, fostering a sense of community by putting the well-being of others at the forefront. You’ll collaborate with colleagues performing a variety of front-of-house activities including answering face-to-face queries, wayfinding, dining reservations, transportation, meeting room and event support and troubleshooting general office queries.

Receptionist

What to expect: You’ll provide personalized services to community members and visitors alike and administrative support. You will be the first point of engagement creating a warm, supportive service atmosphere that enhances the experience. You’ll answer incoming calls, face-to-face queries, visitor registration, mailroom administration, manage office supplies and you’ll find countless opportunities to inspire moments of delight while pursuing amazing outcomes each day.

Facility Coordinator

What to expect: You’ll enjoy solving building related issues to ensure the comfortability, safety and well-being of others. You’ll provide building inspections, open and assign work orders and liaise with our multiple sub-contractors and vendor partners to ensure accuracy and speed in solving workplace problems.
