Pacific Major Report - In And Out Pacific Region H1 2021

Transaction activity across the Pacific Region has risen substantially in H1 2021, after a relatively subdued 2020. Capital flows into the region from offshore groups has picked up, accounting for 41% of volumes for the first six months of the year. Foreign investors have been particularly active in the Industrial and Logistics sector after some significant portfolio transactions. Overall, the successful pandemic response in Australia and New Zealand and subsequent economic recovery has made the region an attractive destination for foreign investors.
