Australia Viewpoint: PM Employee Experience Survey

The career wellbeing of staff is one of the ESG factors which companies may consider in outsourcing Property Management. Our survey of the Property Management team at CBRE’s Pacific operations found that a positive experience on Career Development and Culture were the most common theme for recent joiners. Also, Service quality and Presence trumped Price and Product, when our staff look at client motivations for choosing CBRE.
