Aaron is the Head of Capital Markets in Western Australia and Director of Institutional Investment Sales. He is responsible for undertaking transactions of large institutional grade assets specialising in the office and hotel sectors.

Aaron has a 15-year career in the corporate real estate industry, with a broad base of financial advisory and brokerage expertise. Prior to joining CBRE, Aaron held the role of Executive Vice President of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group and was most recently based in Singapore and Hong Kong. In this role he was responsible for leading the JLL Hotels business across Greater China.

He brings a wealth of experience, having handled more than $2.5 billion worth of real estate transactions throughout Asia Pacific, including large development sites, mixed-use assets, hotels, resorts and golf courses. Aaron’s extensive experience spreads across the region where he has transacted direct real estate throughout Australia, China, Vietnam and Thailand. His experience in these international campaigns gives him a thorough understanding of buyer requirements from around Asia Pacific.

After spending over six years in Asia, Aaron has developed extensive personal relationships with a number of high net worth Asian investors as well as large scale funds and developers that are focused on deals throughout Australia.
