Ashley joined CBRE as Victorian Head of Office Leasing in February 2020. Previously Ashley worked for JLL for over 15 years across multiple asset classes, with the last 10 years spent negotiating Melbourne CBD office leasing transactions as a Director and key senior team member.
Ashley’s clients include institutional investors and developers, private and corporate clients and he is known for maximising the value of assets by providing creative and insightful recommendations with regards to positioning and strategy. Ashley has negotiated many high profile deals across all office building grades and has worked on a enviable array of properties.
