James has been advising funds, high net worth individuals, corporations, domestic institutions and offshore groups in relation to all facets of Real Estate for over 25 years.
In 2017, James joined CBRE to focus on institutional grade investments. Prior to this, James was responsible for Knight Frank’s Institutional Sales team nationally, where he was responsible for some of Australia’s most noteworthy sales. He was also a member of their Australian Executive Committee.
During James’ 17 year career at JLL, he was responsible for; major leasing instructions in both the Sydney CBD and suburban markets, their Tenant Representation team nationally, he spent 5 years overseas (including USA, Europe and Asia) where he worked in their Capital Markets & Tenant Representation business’ and was a member of their Australian Executive Committee.
