Aaren focuses on major Industrial properties across Queensland and has over 17 years property and valuation experience. Aaren holds the position of Director
within Brisbane's Valuation & Advisory Services practice.
Aaren has wide exposure to the institutional industrial market having provided a range of valuations for some of Queensland's largest industrial assets. Importantly, Aaren is on the panel of all major Australian Banks for industrial property.
More specifically Aaren has experience valuing a range of industrial properties including; manufacturing facilities, logistics/ distribution warehouses, ground
leases, unit developments, industrial land and englobo land. In addition, Aaren has a strong understanding of specialised industrial assets including cold storage/
freezer facilities, food processing facilities, container parks and leasehold assets, amongst others.
Areas of expertise include detailed cash flow modelling, DCF analysis, acquisitions and disposals consultancy, feasibility analysis, market rental assessments and on completion assessments of proposed developments.
