Alex is a real estate professional with experience providing independent valuation and consultancy services across a range of real estate assets and infrastructure projects.

Alex joined the CBRE Retirement and Healthcare team in February 2018 after working with a small private practice providing valuations and consultancy advice for aged care facilities, retirement villages, private hospitals and childcare assets.

After commencing his professional career in 2003, Alex worked for a small private firm in Brisbane before relocating to Mackay, QLD and joining Taylor Byrne. Alex managed the Mackay office and was responsible for providing advice and valuations for a range of assets including residential development, commercial, industrial, rural and going concern. Advice and valuations provided have been for mortgage security, financial reporting, compensation and family law purposes.
