Alex is a National Director, Agribusiness within CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services team. Alex has previously held senior management positions within a tier 1 global property group, as well as within one of Australia’s major pastoral houses. His experience spans four decades within Australia’s rural property sector and includes valuation, advisory and transaction services across all States and Territories.
Alex works across most agricultural property types but has a strong focus on the wine, poultry, pastoral and forestry sectors. He prides himself on taking the time to understand each client’s enterprise, and providing well-reasoned, forward looking advice to enable confident decision making.
Alex prepares valuations for financial reporting, first mortgage security, acquisition due diligence, divestment, insurance, estate planning, taxation and compulsory acquisition purposes. He is also regularly appointed to prepare independent expert reports for corporate acquisition/takeovers as well as for court related purposes.
