Andrew joined CBRE in December 2004 and is the National Director, Advisory and Transaction Services, Office Leasing within the Adelaide office.
Andrew works closely with many institutional and private owners in structuring tenancy profiles, benchmarking and setting rental levels, negotiating lease commitments and assisting with building upgrades. Defined by his highly strategic approach, extensive client and tenant relationships and a passion for ensuring his clients are at the forefront of office design best practice, he has developed specialist skills in major projects, the provision of high level asset advice and assisting clients with strategic direction, repositioning and major developments.
Andrew has been successfully involved in a number of leasing projects where substantial vacancy problems were resolved and substantial precommitments were achieved resulting in significant capital value adding for the respective owners.
