Andrew is a National Director within CBRE’s Capital Markets, Industrial and Logistics division specialising in investment products nationally. Andrew joined CBRE’s Capital Markets team in 2015 and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the asset class in Australia with a tailored skill set to client value enhancement and strategy.
Andrew has excellent relationships across all major purchaser profiles in the sector and has represented institutional REITs, unlisted funds, private equity, corporate and private clients, where he has developed an in-depth understanding of their investment criteria.
In 2020, Andrew relocated to Singapore with a focus on CBRE’s Asian client base and outbound capital into the Australian and Southeast Asia Industrial & Logistics markets.
