Andrew Denny is a Senior Director of the Perth office of CBRE. He is responsible for managing the Office Leasing department. He has over 30 years of office leasing experience in the Perth CBD, and is the most experienced and successful operator in the Perth market today.
He was involved with the pre-leasing of the new CBD office developments such as QV1, in the early 1990’s, and more recently Perth’s premier office precinct the 75,000sqm Brookfield Place Tower 1 and 33,000sqm Tower 2 developments.
