Andrew Lett is National Director, Office Valuations at CBRE and a Certified Practising Valuer. He joined CBRE in 2006 and brings deep experience across core office markets, underpinned by long-standing client relationships.
Andrew specialises in the valuation of commercial office buildings and car parks in the Melbourne CBD, Docklands, St Kilda Road and suburban markets. He also regularly travels to Hobart and Adelaide for commercial office valuation assignments.
Andrew undertakes valuations for first mortgage security, financial reporting as well as due diligence valuations for acquisition and disposal purposes. He is on the panel of all of the major Australian Banks. Andrew has also had success negotiating new leases and advising on contentious rent reviews.
