Andrew McCasker

Andrew joined CBRE in January 2018 as the business leader of the Pacific Debt & Structured Finance group.  Based in the Sydney office, Andrew is responsible for Commercial Mortgage Debt origination, Equity and Advisory Services and also Loan Services.

Andrew has over 20 years of property debt origination and structuring experience.  He has considerable expertise in complex, cross boarder structured finance transactions particularly assisting Asia based investors to secure Pacific assets. A notable transaction included the successful introduction and completion of one of the only Sharia structured finance deals for the acquisition of a QLD property.

Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew held executive and management positions within NAB spanning across 13 years, in recent years as GM of NAB Private Banking Asia, Regional Business Executive Institutional Bank in Asia and formerly Head of Property Finance QLD.  More recently Andrew was the CEO of RF Eclipse, where he was responsible for growth in capital inflows and lending demand.

Andrew is results oriented with decisive business management and strong business development skills.
