Andrew Purdon

Andrew is the Regional Director, Living Sectors - Capital Markets in Pacific. Responsible for driving CBRE’s Capital Markets offering in the fast-growing build-to-rent (BTR), purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and co-living sectors, he draws on his experience in previous roles as a senior leader of CBRE’s UK Residential Capital Markets business based in London.

Having worked in UK investment & development for 22 years prior to relocating to Australia, Andrew’s expertise spans land agreements (private sector and public sector), single asset development funding, platform capital raising, joint ventures and investment acquisitions & disposals.

Based in Sydney, Andrew leads a dedicated Pacific Living Sectors team to provide development and investment advice to landowners, developers and investors at all stages of the project lifecycle.
