Andrew is presently a National Director within the Agribusiness team, serving a combined Quality and Risk Management, and Operations role across Australia.
An experienced agribusiness property professional, he has worked in both the private and banking sectors as a Licenced Land Valuer and Property Risk Manager, holding Director and Senior Manager positions.
Driven by a passion for agriculture, Andrew’s valuation experience encompasses a wide range of agricultural property types including large-scale cropping and grazing, pastoral, and intensive agriculture including dairies, piggeries, feedlots, and horticultural enterprises. This diverse background, combined with farming roots, provides Andrew with a deep understanding of the agribusiness sector across Australia.
In the banking sector, Andrew has actively managed the quality, value and risk associated with rural collateral, demonstrating a strong ability to identify and mitigate risks. He has also been instrumental in formulating policies and procedures to adapt to the evolving risk environment.
Andrew has held Director and Senior Manager roles, where he has been responsible for day-to-day business operations, long-term strategy planning, business development, and team management.
