Since joining CBRE in 2012, Anthony has been actively involved in handling and overseeing different types of transactions for a number of high-profile global occupiers in a wide spectrum of business industries from banking and finance (Citi, Northern Trust) to heavy industrial background (TE Connectivity, Adient, Whirlpool) across multiple regions. Some of these transactions are extraordinarily complex which involves multiple stakeholders, not only occupiers and landlords, but also government authorities. This has helped Anthony develop solid skillsets and understanding on the unique requirements of clients from different sectors in different markets.
Prior to his current role, Anthony worked in the Tenant Representation business for almost 4 years. During which, he developed the skillset of identifying business opportunities, conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis and negotiate terms on behalf of his clients.
Anthony has over 15 years of experience in real estate. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
