Ben Wicks joined CBRE as Director of Development NSW based in the North Sydney & Sydney offices. He is responsible for the sale of development sites across New South Wales, specifically the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

Ben has over 26 years’ of experience in the development industry, with his most recent role as a valuer where he gained a wide range of knowledge and experience.

Ben is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API).

Ben has extensive contacts within the development industry both locally and offshore.

Ben’s key focus is working closely with vendors and developers on the sale of medium to large scale mixed use and residential development projects.
