As National Director of Business Excellence, Bryce makes property and facilities management work at scale. He leads the initiatives that lift performance, governance, consistency and service delivery across CBRE’s Property Management platform, drawing on experience across commercial, government, industrial, retail and corporate portfolios in Australia and New Zealand.
He combines operational excellence, procurement, customer experience, technology and continuous improvement into solutions that scale for clients and teams alike.
Bryce has led complex transitions, including national portfolios of more than 120 assets, and played a key role in major transition projects. He also leads CBRE’s Facilities Management Community of Practice, building the standards, frameworks and best-practice approaches that strengthen delivery across the Pacific region.
