Chris is a National Director within CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions – Occupier team and has represented a vast number of corporate clients in their industrial property transactions over a period spanning 18 years, including some of Australia’s top companies.
With a specific involvement in relationship management and portfolio management of national property portfolios, Chris provides clients with a detailed analysis of accommodation information and assists them with the strategic direction of their property requirements. Chris has developed a detailed knowledge of commercial and industrial property and has an in-depth understanding of leases, lease negotiations, rent reviews, leasing strategies and Occupier requirements, and property disposals/acquisitions.
