Darcy is a Director within the Capital Markets division at CBRE and also a Certified Practicing Valuer.
Whilst currently specializing in the Pacific region Data Centre sector, Darcy has had significant exposure to a wide range of property classes on an international level. Darcy has been a specialist valuer for over 8 years, having spent 2 of those years in the United Kingdom where he focused on Data Centre advisory across Europe. Darcy has had wide exposure to the institutional market having provided a range of capital market/advisory services for some of the largest assets and portfolios in APAC and Europe.
Darcy has experience within a range of disciplines including; asset sales, site acquisition/disposition, joint ventures, powered shell leasing, M&A advisory, capital raising and complex valuations. More specifically, Darcy has a strong understanding of specialized assets including; data centres, cold storage/freezer facilities, wharf land, food processing facilities, container parks, leasehold assets and airports/aviation.
