Darren Nugent is Head of Pacific Tenant Representation Office Leasing, providing advisory and brokerage services to clients. His extensive client list includes financial institutions, insurance companies, professional firms, energy companies and services companies.
Darren joined CBRE in 2006. During his tenure he has partnered closely with CBRE teams across all facets of the business as well in markets in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Darren has over 18 years office leasing experience providing a full range of services including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, subleases and lease restructures.
