David has undertaken a wide range of advisory and valuation work on rural properties for Financial Institutions, Government bodies, Corporate entities and private clients. His area of expertise lies with major agri-business, having completed valuations of large scale cropping and grazing portfolios, horticultural (market gardens and orchards) properties, viticulture properties including wineries, cellar door and vineyards, timber plantations, pastoral leases and dairy farms.
David also has expertise in compulsory purchase and compensation, acting on behalf of Main Roads, Utility companies, mining companies and renewable energy companies on a number of projects across the UK and WA.
David has acted as an expert witness for the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
