David joined the CBRE team in January 2003 with five years’ experience in the Sydney North Shore industrial real estate market, focusing on the high-tech Business Park markets. In May 2007 David took a position as head of the Gold Coast Industrial Team. David’s focus is now on the major industrial areas of South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
David was appointed to the position of Director In Charge of the Gold Coast office in July 2019 and assisted in the navigation of the Gold Coast Business through the initial phase of the Coronavirus pandemic and now holds the title of Senior Director and Head of Industrial & Logistics, Advisory and Transaction Services.
David has wide range of experience in all facets of industrial agency including development site and building sales, pre-leasing, leasing, and investment sales.
