With over 25 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, I lead CBRE's Pacific Leasing business — the largest leasing platform of talent in Australia and New Zealand, spanning Industrial, Office, and Retail sectors across every major market. As a member of the Pacific Executive Committee, I work closely with CBRE's senior leadership to shape the direction of the broader business while driving performance across the Leasing platform.

My focus is on delivering advisory-led, market-driven outcomes for our clients comes through empowering our leaders and teams to be the best in their markets. One of the most powerful advantages of a business at CBRE's scale is the global reach it provides: access to occupier trends and market intelligence from around the world. I use that connectivity to bring global perspective to local decisions and create opportunities for our clients — both occupiers and investors.

Prior to that, I served as Executive Managing Director for Greater Los Angeles, leading one of the largest commercial real estate markets globally. I oversaw Capital Markets, Leasing, Advisory Services, Property Management, and Valuation & Advisory, and was a member of the U.S. National Leadership Team — working across Industrial, Office, Retail, Healthcare, and Multifamily.

Before relocating to the United States, I was Executive Managing Director for Victoria, leading the state across all sectors and service lines. I was a member of the Pacific Executive Committee with responsibility for market performance, people leadership, client relationships, and operational alignment.

The foundation of my career was 20 years as a market-leading agent in Industrial & Logistics — across leasing, tenant representation, sales, and development — building the deep agency expertise and client relationships that underpin everything I do today.
