With over a decades experience in the industrial and logistics market across Australia and New Zealand, Dominic has a broad range of expertise having previously worked for industry leaders LOGOS Property and Hale across their development management and project delivery functions. Dominic operates at the intersection of tenant representation and project delivery, having delivered projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Auckland for clients with varying operational requirements.
Dominic has been involved in the delivery of projects spanning the full development lifecycle, from quantity surveying through to contract administration, development management and project delivery. This grounding gives him an in-depth understanding of project risk, cost planning and commercial de-risking, alongside the coordination of design, planning and authority approvals, procurement, contract negotiations through to Practical Completion.
Dominic has delivered a broad range of industrial facilities including high-bay automated warehousing (ambient and cold storage), container-rated hardstand, land subdivisions, and single and multi-level industrial assets.
