Dylan is responsible for leading CBRE’s alternative asset valuation team throughout Australia. Dylan’s extensive experience across all asset classes has allowed him to build a core focus in the valuation of freehold and leasehold self-storage facilities, service stations, child care centres and other education infrastructure.
Dylan regularly undertakes assignments for first mortgage security, financial reporting, disposal/acquisition due diligence, supply and demand studies, benchmark analysis, development feasibilities, insurance, rating and taxing objections, portfolio valuations and market rent assessments / determinations. Notably, Dylan has been appointed as a single expert witness on supreme court matters on numerous occasions and is recognised as a leading expert in each of his core asset classes.
