With over 14 years’ experience in the Industrial and Logistics market across Australia. Fraser has a broad range of expertise having previously worked for industry leaders LOGOS Property and Commercial & Industrial Property (CIP) in their Development and Construction Management divisions. Fraser has delivered projects on a national level for a range of clients with varying operations, which positions him well in representing clients with a national footprint.
Fraser has been involved in overseeing the delivery of projects across Australia. Having worked in the Development and Construction arms on the developer and institutional investor side, he has an in-depth understanding of project risk profiles and the associated mitigation measures to ensure successful project delivery outcomes. His experience extends to a comprehensive understanding of design management, project value-engineering implementation, planning and authority approval management, and coordination of a project’s key stakeholder team.
Fraser has managed industrial greenfield and infill projects involving extensive services infrastructure delivery, whilst also overseeing refurbishment of existing facilities. Fraser has delivered a broad range of industrial facilities including: temperature-controlled, automated / semi-automated, food storage and distribution, workshop with heavy machinery and equipment, container-storage operation, and ambient warehousing.
