Fraser joins CBRE with over 10 years’ experience in the Industrial & Logistics market across Australia. Fraser has a broad range of expertise having previously worked for industry leaders LOGOS Property and Commercial & Industrial Property (CIP) in their Development and Construction Management divisions. Fraser has delivered projects on a national level for a range of clients with varying operations, which positions him well in representing clients with a national footprint.
Fraser has been involved in overseeing the delivery of projects across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. Having worked in the Development and Construction arms on the developer and institutional investor side, he has an in-depth understanding of project risk profiles and the associated mitigation measures to ensure successful project delivery. His experience extends to a comprehensive understanding of design management, project value-engineering implementation, planning & authority approval management and coordination of a project’s key consulting team.
Fraser has managed industrial greenfield & infill projects involving extensive services infrastructure delivery, whilst also overseeing refurbishment of existing facilities. Fraser has delivered a broad range of industrial facilities including:
‒ Temperature-controlled
‒ E-Commerce operation with automation
‒ Food storage & distribution
‒ Steel product warehousing with gantry crane operation
‒ Container-storage operation
‒ Ambient warehousing
