Fred has over 20 years of commercial property experience specialising in retail and asset management. He has been responsible for some of the largest retail leasing transactions in Western Australia, having introduced International brands including Zara, Topshop and Nespresso to the Perth CBD.
He has a thorough understanding of the national and local property markets and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding clients' needs and targets across a broad range of shopping centres, retail portfolios and retail strip locations. Fred was responsible for the leasing of a number 'flagship' sites including Officeworks, Services Australia, Wizard Pharmacy and Chemist Warehouse in the Perth CBD.
He has also had extensive experience in project leasing having recently headed the retail project leasing at Florida Beach Village Shopping Centre. Fred has considerable experience in regional centres having transacted in localities/regions such as Albany, Broome, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Mandurah and Margaret River.
Vastly experienced in retail leasing, Fred has previously held the position of Director – Retail at Lease Equity, where he was the Head of their Retail Leasing department for over 8 years. In that role he was responsible for the leasing of a variety of retail/food & beverage properties.
