Gianna has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, across Australia, the UK and Europe, specialising in Valuation and Advisory Services. She is the Queensland State Director for Residential Valuations, following several years in London leading CBRE’s UK Operational Living Institutional Valuation and Advisory Services team.
Her experience includes the valuation of prestige residential, medium to high density residential and mixed-used developments and operational UK Living assets (BTR, PBSA and Co-Living).
Gianna leads a team of 40 residential valuers across QLD, serving the Brisbane Metro, Bayside, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Logan, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Northern NSW regions.
