Grace joins CBRE with over 10 years’ experience in the Industrial & Logistics market across Australia. Grace has a broad range of expertise having previously worked for industry leaders LOGOS Property and Commercial & Industrial Property (CIP) in their Development divisions. During her time at LOGOS, Grace was responsible for New Business Leasing and Transactions across Australia and New Zealand and has successfully concluded over 700,000sqm of leasing transactions with national and global occupiers, including Asahi, Woolworths, Amazon, Fisher and Paykel, H&M, GPC, Winnings, LF Logistics, Hilton Food Groups, NZ Post and Toll.
Having worked on the institutional investor side of the property market Grace has an in-depth understanding and awareness of the financial mechanics involved in structuring lease negotiations. Coupled with her experience across all stages of delivery from initial project strategy through to delivery, Grace is well positioned to provide informed strategic advice for all issues relating to HOA and agreement for lease negotiations and will ensure a successful outcome for every transaction.
