Grant Gilbett is the National Director of our Retirement Housing and Health division and is responsible for the growth and oversight of the activities for this division. His role includes national portfolio management ensuring delivery of a comprehensive valuation service to CBRE's national portfolio clients.
With over 34 years' experience in real estate including 22 years valuing a variety of specialised health (medical centres and private hospitals), aged care and retirement village assets, Grant has a wealth of experience in this sector and is widely recognised as one of the leading valuers of health, aged care and retirement village assets in Australia.
Assignments have been undertaken for numerous major institutional and corporate entities, financiers and national health care operators and not for profit groups.
