I am an experienced finance professional with eight years across origination, structuring and execution of complex financing solutions for mid-market and institutional clients. I currently serve as Associate Director within CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance team, originating commercial real estate debt and equity opportunities across Australia. I advise a portfolio of clients on sourcing and structuring capital across transactions ranging in both size and complexity.
Prior to CBRE, I was a Senior Relationship Manager at ANZ within the Emerging Corporate division. I originated new-to-bank mandates and managed a diversified portfolio of clients, advising sponsors, investors and corporates on tailored funding strategies across transactions of varying scale and complexity.
Throughout my career I have led and executed a number of high-profile and technically demanding transactions. These include watershed deals in the consumer staples, aviation, and industrial sectors. I am known for sound judgement, rigorous analysis and the ability to navigate complexity from initial conversation through to financial close. My objective is to deliver financing solutions that meet client objectives and lender requirements at each interaction.
