Hayley Manvell specialises in hotel and resort investment sales across Queensland and Australia.
Since joining CBRE Hotels in 2014, Hayley has established an extensive transaction track record across metropolitan, regional and leisure hotel markets, with approximately $690 million in hospitality assets sold. Her experience spans major corporate hotels, boutique accommodation and destination resorts, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the different investment fundamentals and buyer groups across each segment of the market.
Hayley has been involved in the sale of a number of significant Australian hotel assets, including Hotel X Brisbane, Pacific Hotel Brisbane and The Fantauzzo, together with destination leisure assets including Byron at Byron and The Bower Byron Bay.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Hayley combines her transaction expertise with a strong operational understanding of hotels. A graduate of the world-renowned École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, she began her career in luxury hotels across Asia with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.
Hayley’s combination of hotel investment expertise, operational knowledge and established relationships with domestic and international capital enables her to provide strategic advice throughout the transaction process, from asset positioning and campaign strategy through to buyer engagement, negotiation and execution.
