Ian is an Associate Director within the Agribusiness Valuations team and has extensive experience in the Australian agribusiness industry. Ian specialises in the valuation of large-scale grazing, irrigated and dryland cropping properties throughout New South Wales and into southern Queensland for both disposal/acquisition, family succession, first mortgage security and financial reporting purposes, as well as the valuation of water access licences.
Having previously being based on the east coast of Australia, servicing from Sydney and Brisbane is now regionally based in Tamworth, New South Wales. Being based regionally is Tamworth, Ian understands agribusiness at its roots, and is dedicated in providing quality and professional valuation and advisory services.
Originally from the North West region of New South Wales has practical on-farm experience on a number of mixed grazing and cropping properties in New South Wales, along with grain handling facilities on the east coast of Australia.
