Significant professional appointments:

• A three-year engagement of an 84,000 hectare irrigation and dryland cropping portfolio situated in northern New South Wales for both Financial Reporting and Mortgage Security purposes.
• Financial Reporting valuations of 13 properties within a 4.5 million hectare portfolio, all located throughout the New England and Central West regions of New South Wales.
• 14 properties of a larger portfolio, comprising 87,000 hectares of mixed livestock grazing and dryland properties, located in the regions of New England, South-West slopes and northern New South Wales.
• Heavily involved in the Financial Reporting valuations of Commercial and Non-Commercial forestry assets throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia for a number of international and domestic clients.

Furthermore, Ian has experience in the valuation of intensive animal enterprises, namely poultry farms and feedlots.

Ian also has specialised in the valuation of water entitlements and allocations, particularly in Gwydir, Namoi and Macquarie catchments.

In addition to the above responsibilities, Ian has undertaken and provided advice for compensation matters relating to acquisitions (whole and partial) for various authorities and landowners throughout New South Wales.
