James King joined CBRE in 2009 and is currently the Executive Managing Director of Property Management at CBRE for the Pacific region. The team specialises in proactively managing all real estate sectors delivering sustainable, innovative, and consistent management solutions to the highest standard across Australia and New Zealand.
Having close to 20 years direct experience in managing teams and property across all sectors, his passion and focus is on driving performance of the assets and portfolios under management through optimisation and strategic planning.
James has extensive leadership capabilities having previously led the CBRE NSW Property Management team and more recently one of CBRE’s largest global accounts being Dexus.
