James is a Regional Director specialising in project leasing on behalf of the largest domestic and offshore institutional landlords, developers and investors.
James brings over 23 years’ experience having previously been at JLL until Q1, 2026 where he was the Joint Head of Leasing, Victoria.
More recently, James has played an intricate role in securing the initial pre-commitments for three of Melbourne’s largest Premium-grade office towers including 567 Collins Street, Wesley Pace,130 Lonsdale Street and 555 Collins Street where in December 2020 during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, James secured global technology giant Amazon enabling construction of the 48,000sqm tower to commence.
