James is a Director in the Advisory & Transaction Services Office Department of the CBRE Perth office. James joined CBRE Dublin in 2009 and relocated to the Perth office in 2011 until 2016. James returned in 2018 to commence a role in the Advisory and Transaction Services Office department focusing on the Perth CBD and Fringe markets.
James has experience in all facets of property advisory and has been specialising in the leasing of office space in the Perth CBD since 2016. In the last 6 years he has personally transacted over 300 separate leasing deals for a variety of institutional grade clients.
