Jamie is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and a Certified Practising Valuer.
He commenced his valuation career with the Valuer Generals Office for a period of 3 years and in 2006 started working for CBRE as a Licensed Residential Valuer.
Jamie has valued property through multiple property cycles having experienced both the booms and the downturns of the Western Australian property market over a long period of time.
He is an accomplished public speaker who has presented property outlooks and market updates to a number of clients on a regular basis. Having the role of contract manager for a major lender is something that has helped Jamie grow as a professional in the last few years.
Throughout the years working for CBRE, Jamie has proven to be a natural leader who is able to connect and motivate a large team of diverse individuals. Promotions have occurred, firstly to Valuation Manager, then Associate Director and more recently Jamie has been chosen to become the Western Australian State Director of the Residential Valuations business.
