Jarrod Frazer

As Executive Managing Director of our Victorian business, Jarrod has an overriding focus on understanding our clients’ needs and providing superior business outcomes. 

He has a passion for growth and works closely with CBRE’s strong group of state leaders to support our people and enhance our market-leading position in the Victorian market.  

Jarrod joined CBRE in 2009 as Victorian State Director for the Residential Valuations business. In this role, Jarrod oversaw the growth of the Victorian Residential business with a team of 60 staff delivering market-leading services to major lending institutions. 

In 2015, Jarrod was appointed Senior Managing Director, Head of Valuation & Advisory Services, Australia. This involved overall responsibility for the various arms of the Australian VAS business, including Residential, Commercial Mortgage, Institutional, Retirement and Healthcare Agribusiness and Plant and Machinery, as well as the expanding Building, Depreciation and Cost Consultancy team now known as Consulting Services. In 2022, this role expanded to include the NZ VAS business with a total headcount of 750 staff. 

Jarrod assumed the Victorian Executive Managing Director role in 2023 and is also a member of CBRE’s Pacific Executive Committee.
