Jason is a registered Valuer and has been involved in many areas of the real estate and valuation industries for more than 20 years. Jason has prepared valuation advice for mortgage security purposes for rural, residential and commercial properties throughout South-East Queensland. Jason has also prepared valuation advice for family settlement and litigation purposes along with detailed valuation advice on a range of development sites throughout Brisbane.
Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Before joining the valuation profession, Jason was employed at Raine and Horne Capalaba as a commercial leasing and sales agent and progressed to Johnston & Co Valuers from 1996 before joining DTZ Australia, which subsequently merged with CBRE in 2005.
Jason was then appointed manager of the Underwood, Bundall and Tweed Heads Valuation offices of consisting of 25 residential valuers.
In February 2010, Jason was appointed Director of Residential Valuation for Queensland. In May 2011, Jason was appointed National Director of Residential Valuations. In July 2014 Jason was appointed National Director of Operations (Valuations) Pacific. In January 2015 Jason was appointed General Manager Operations Pacific.
In April 2016 Jason was appointed Head of Quality and Risk Management (QRM), Pacific. In Jason's current position his focus is on using his extensive knowledge of the business to improve QRM systems and process while ensuring the QRM team provide consistent and quality advice.
In August 2019 Jason was appointed VAS Global Head of Quality and Risk management (QRM).
Jason has worked closely with senior VAS Leadership to innovate and deliver risk and compliance mitigation processes throughout the entire VAS business. Jason’s focus will be on continuing to implement and drive the Quality and Risk Management Strategy for the Global VAS business.
