Jay has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, primarily in real estate valuation and advisory services, covering a broad range of property sectors and asset classes. He has worked in Singapore covering the Asia and Middle East markets, as well as in United Kingdom and Australia.

Jay joined CBRE in May 2018 and was appointed Director, Head of QRM Asia in November 2018. As part of this role, Jay works closely with senior management and key stakeholders to drive the QRM framework and risk mitigation prcesses throughout the business.

Prior to CBRE, Jay was the Head of Fixed Asset Valuations at Censere Group, overseeing all real estate projects across Asia for a variety of purposes including transaction advisory, due diligence, financial reporting, insurance and expert witness. Property sectors covered include large mixed-use developments, commercial & industrial investment properties, hotels & leisure assets, mining, airports & port facilities.

Initially Jay trained as a valuer in Australia before moving to the UK in 2009, where he worked as a Valuation Surveyor, performing valuations in Central London and surrounding areas, primarily for financing purposes.
Jay relocated to Singapore in 2012 and has worked across Asia, Middle East and Africa markets since.
