Associate Director of CBRE’s Healthcare & Social Infrastructure team, Jimmy has a focus on connecting offshore capital to Australian assets, with Healthcare and Social Infrastructure properties as his main focus.
Jimmy is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese and was brought up with traditional Chinese culture and values. This enables him to easily relate to and understand his offshore clients’ needs, breakdown barriers, and establish trust and rapport.

He has a proven track record and is recognised for transacting some of Australia’s largest healthcare and social infrastructure assets nationally. Of recent note, in 2021/22 he transacted the largest ever Australian medical portfolio at $110million, the largest Childcare portfolio at $170million, and a large retirement living portfolio at $500million.
