Joe is a Valuer within the Agribusiness Group, based in Brisbane, Australia and forms part of our Australia and New Zealand team that comprises dedicated and experienced professionals who provide quality valuation and consulting services.
In his role, Joe has undertaken valuations of large-scale pastoral/grazing operations, beef cattle feedlots, irrigated and dryland cropping properties, orchards, piggeries and poultry enterprises predominantly throughout Queensland, Northern Territory and northern New South Wales. Joe has also assisted in the valuation of specialised agricultural assets including abattoirs, cotton gins and processing facilities.
Joe has practical on-farm experience, still heavily involved in the family operated irrigated and dryland cropping, and grazing enterprise situated in the Darling Downs region of Queensland.

- Mortgage Security Valuations
- Pre-Purchase Due Diligence Advice (Site Selection and Identification)
- Due diligence advisory roles whether pre-purchase or disposal purposes
- Valuation of Water Entitlement/Allocations/Licenses predominately within Queensland and northern New South Wales
