John Beresford is Head of Prestige Valuations with CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services specialising in Residential Valuations of all types, Residential Development Valuations and Consultancy Advice.
John has 25 years of experience in the valuations profession, with the past 15 years dedicated to a mixture of residential mortgage security and family law valuations. Over the past 12 years, John has focused on the Prestige Residential space, undertaking hundreds of valuations in the $5 million plus category across all areas of Melbourne and both the Mornington and Bellarine Peninsulas in that time. Of particular note, John has undertaken a number assessments of houses in excess of $40 million and penthouse apartments in excess of $20 million.
