Jon Acton

Jon is a Prestige Quality Manager within the Valuation and Advisory Services division based in Sydney.

Jon is an experienced professional property practitioner being a Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with Registered Valuer designation and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practising Valuer and Certified Property Practitioner designations.

He has obtained extensive experience in the residential and commercial property sectors during his professional career of over 25 years.

Jon previously held an Associate Director position in the CBRE Quality and Risk Management team and more recently has transitioned in Prestige Quality Manager where he continues to provide expert opinions and feedback on prestige valuations that adhere to the scrutiny of both financial and legal assessments.

In addition to being the Quality and Risk Manager within the Prestige Valuation team, Jon is a distinguished property practitioner with a remarkable track record in the realm of prestige residential valuations specialising in prestigious residential properties across the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore of Sydney.

Jon is active in the field and attuned to current market trends offering a point of difference to the Prestige Valuation team. His extensive portfolio showcases a diverse range of properties across Sydney, from both beach and waterfront estates to luxury high end suburban residences.
