Julian is a Senior Director within the Valuation & Advisory Services division within the Western Sydney office. He has over 15 years' experience in the industry which
includes valuations of residential, industrial and commercial property throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, including valuations of specialised sectors.
Julian has an enviable track record, and as a Certified Practising Valuer, his expertise has seen him undertake significant valuations for properties across a range of sectors. Julian is a senior figure within the Western Sydney Valuation Division servicing a number of different clients from a range of financial institutions and Government bodies.
Julian specialises in the Industrial sector and is the head of CBRE's NSW Industrial & Logistics Valuation business, having significant experience across all the industrial markets within the Sydney Metropolitan area boasting a strong track record of valuation assignments for all the major landholders. In addition to the industrial sector, Julian has undertaken valuations of a number of larger scale commercial office assets across the Western Sydney market.
