Julian Volpato is the Managing Director of the CBRE Western Sydney office, and National Director of the Industrial & Logistics Valuation & Advisory Services business. He brings over 20 years of experience in the industry across residential, industrial and commercial property throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, including a range of specialised asset classes.
Julian has an enviable track record, and as a Certified Practising Valuer, he has led and delivered significant valuations for major landholders, financial institutions and Government clients, building a reputation for technical expertise and commercial insight.
Specialising in the Industrial sector, Julian leads CBRE’s National Industrial & Logistics Valuation business, overseeing complex and large scale assignments across all major industrial markets. His experience spans the full breadth of Sydney’s industrial precincts, alongside valuations of large format commercial office assets throughout the Western Sydney market.
In his role as Managing Director, Western Sydney, Julian provides strategic and operational leadership across the region, supporting the continued growth of the business while retaining national oversight of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics valuation capability.
