Kat Hale

Kat has been a driving force within CBRE's residential valuation team for over a decade. Her journey began in Western Sydney, where she honed her skills as a Valuer before transitioning to lead the Valuer Care and Development team. In 2023, Kat took the helm as National Director of Residential Valuations. In this leadership role, Kat fosters strong relationships with our valued clients and guides the strategic direction of our residential valuation services. Her focus is on ensuring CBRE remains at the forefront of the industry by staying abreast of market trends, innovation, and best practices. This translates to delivering exceptional performance outcomes for all our clients across Australia. Kat's dedication extends beyond CBRE. She actively contributes to the Australian Property Institute through the National Education Committee and as an API Professional Interview examiner. Additionally, she holds positions on the Greater Western Sydney Property Professionals Committee and the Women in Property Valuation (WiPV) committee.
