Kat Hale

Kat is a key leader within CBRE’s Residential Valuations business, with a strong track record of driving performance and capability development. She commenced her career with CBRE in 2010 as a Valuer, where she developed deep technical expertise before progressing into a leadership role heading the Valuer Care and Development team. In 2023, Kat was appointed National Director of Residential Valuations.

In her current role, Kat partners closely with the national leadership team to guide strategy and operational excellence across the business. She plays a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring CBRE continues to lead the market through innovation, best practice, and forward-thinking approaches. Kat is focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients by fostering a high-performing team culture and remaining at the forefront of industry trends and advancements.

A longstanding member of the Australian Property Institute (API), Kat has contributed extensively to the profession, including serving on the National Education Committee and acting as an examiner for API Professional Interviews. She has also been involved with the Greater Western Sydney Property Professionals committee and currently serves as a strategic member of the Women in Property Valuation (WiPV) committee.
