Kat joined CBRE in 2010 as a Valuer in the Sydney Residential Valuations business, bringing both valuation and real estate sales experience.
She was one of the founding members of the Valuer Care & Development (VCAD) team, and as VCAD Director has played an instrumental role in supporting valuers and leadership across the business through training and induction, leading TOPS system development and innovation, driving quality and risk management initiatives, and supporting client performance outcomes.
In October 2023, Kat was appointed as the National Director of Residential Valuations. She works closely with all parts of the Residential Valuations business to deliver exceptional outcomes for our people and our clients.
Kat was the recipient of the Lesley Bennett Award at the API Excellence in Property Awards in 2022.
In addition to being a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Kat is on the National Education Committee and is an examiner for API Professional Interviews. She is also on the API Greater Western Sydney Property Professionals and Women in Property Valuation committees.
